Our Combi Fertility Pack is a comprehensive solution for couples on their journey to parenthood. This package offers a holistic approach by measuring both male and female fertility. The Male Fertility test kit provides vital insights, informing you whether your sperm concentration surpasses or falls below the critical threshold of 15 million sperm per mL. Simultaneously, the FSH test gauges your FSH hormone level, providing results at a precise measurement of 25mIU/ml. With this all-in-one package, you can gain a deeper understanding of your fertility status, empowering you to make informed decisions on your path to conception.
The kit determines if your sperm concentration in the test sample is below 15 million/mL motile sperm (negative test) or above 15 million/mL motile sperm (positive test).
A positive result is encouraging, although it doesn’t guarantee fertility. A negative result can save you months of trying and prompts you to seek professional advice.
For couples planning to start a family, understanding male fertility is crucial. To achieve conception, men should produce a sufficient number of healthy, active sperm. According to the World Health Organization, a man should ideally have a sperm concentration of at least 15 million per mL to be considered fertile. Our Test-Point Test Kit provides valuable insights to help you in this journey.
Elevated F.S.H. levels in women can indicate irregular periods and serve as an early warning sign of approaching menopause. A negative result is good news, although not a guarantee of fertility. A positive result suggests reduced fertility, and further consultation with a doctor is recommended.
A positive ovulation test indicates that your body is likely to release an egg soon, which is a fertile window for conception. However, it doesn’t guarantee pregnancy, as various factors influence fertility. Timing intercourse during this window can increase your chances of conceiving.
A men’s fertility test typically assesses sperm concentration and motility. It works by measuring the number of sperm per millilitre of semen. A concentration above 15 million sperm per mL is considered a positive result, indicating higher fertility. This is usually done through a semen sample analysis.
The timing for fertility testing varies. If you’ve been trying to conceive for a year without success, consider seeking fertility testing. However, if you’re over 35 or have specific fertility concerns, it’s advisable to consult a healthcare provider after six months of trying. Couples with known fertility issues can seek testing earlier.
Initiating a conversation with your doctor about fertility testing can be as simple as expressing your desire to start a family and your concerns about potential fertility issues. Be open about your efforts and how long you’ve been trying. Your doctor can guide you on the appropriate tests and assessments based on your specific situation.
If your test result is positive, repeat it one week later with the second dipstick. Elevated F.S.H. could indicate a pre-menopausal state. If your second test is also positive, consult your doctor. A negative result means your F.S.H. levels are normal, but if you experience irregular periods or menopause-like symptoms, it’s still advisable to see your doctor.
