We always aim to have all our products in stock at all times. You will be notified by email when you place an order if there are any delays or products that are out of stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All of our outer packaging is discreet brown or white envelopes, grey postal bags or boxes with no company advertising or logos.
We will require a full delivery address when your order is placed. It is our policy that all products sold on our site are priced INCLUSIVE of VAT and include delivery by 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class Mail within 3 – 5 business days. If you require your order sooner then we offer 1st Class, Next Business Day, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Hermes. All shipping options can be selected at checkout by clicking on the radial button next to your preferred shipping option.
Pharmacy Product Orders – UK Only!
Please note that a pharmacy product must be sent with delivery confirmation and will incur an additional charge at check. However, if you need to get the item quickly then you can upgrade your delivery to 1st Class, Next Business Day, Special Delivery or if you need your items urgently, we also offer timed delivery with Royal Mail.
Any order received by us before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and by 12.30pm on Friday will be shipped that day.
Please note: If Next Business Day courier is selected and we receive your order on a Friday then this means that you will not receive your delivery till the following Monday. If you need Saturday delivery, then you can be selected this option from the drop down menu at checkout for an additional charge. Any Next Day order received on Friday after the cut-off time of 12.30pm will not be dispatched till the following Monday and thus delivery will not be made till the following Tuesday.
All shipments are sent by Royal Mail Priority Airmail as standard and are fully insured and covered in the event of loss or damage but do not have a tracking number. If you would like your order sent with tracking then this is available by selecting the “tracked” option at checkout for an additional charge. If you select the tracked option, then your order will be sent using the Royal Mail International Signed service.
The delivery charge will vary by location. To calculate the shipping charge to your location go to checkout and enter your address details. Once you have done this, the different options and their associated charges will be shown.
The delivery time will also vary by location but in general, delivery to Europe will take ~3-5 days, delivery to North America will take ~5-7 days and to all other locations will take ~7-10 days. Please note however that we have found deliveries to certain locations such as Brazil, India, Israel, Turkey, Russia, UAE and most of northern Africa can be very slow and will take several weeks to arrive.
