We are happy to take your payment over the phone as we understand that many customers feel that this is a more secure method.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. After you have finished, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
The easiest and quickest method of payment is with a credit card though we also accept postal orders, money orders and cheque’s which should be made payable to Home Health UK Ltd. Please note, in the event that payment is made by cheque, we will only despatch goods upon its clearance. A charge of £25.00 will made for every returned cheque.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We only accept orders for pharmacy related products and prescriptions from customers who are 18 years old or over. Someone aged 18 or over may order prescriptions for persons who are under the required age of 18. By placing an order and agreeing to the Terms and conditions you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
We only accept orders and will only dispatch orders for pharmacy related products and prescriptions to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We cannot accept any order or payment for an order via telephone. All orders for pharmacy related products or prescriptions must be placed via the website and checkout confirming to the Terms and conditions.
We take your own health and the the health of your pet’s very seriously. In all cases, prescriptions are dispensed by UK qualified Pharmacy Technicians/Assistants and are checked by a UK registered Pharmacist or Vet.
Genuine UK Licensed and Sourced Products
We only source and use products that have been licensed for use in the UK. We only buy medicines direct from either the manufacturer or from an authenticated UK licensed wholesaler. Fake medicines can seriously damage your health.
We at Home Health UK are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. As a customer your privacy is very important to us and we will NOT pass your details on to anyone else.
Once you have placed an order with us, your name and e-mail address will be added to our customer file. As a customer we may e-mail you from time to time to give you details of new products or to warn you the test you purchased from us is close to its expiry date. If you do not wish to receive any more e-mails from us, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may in the future use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

If there is an item missing from your order or the item you receive is damaged or defective then we will send you a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available then we will refund your purchase in full. If you do receive faulty or incorrect goods then please hold onto them as we may require you to return them to us.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your payment in full and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalized pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs).
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to cover our fees and expenses from you by only refunding the price less the cost of postage.
14 Calendar Day Cooling-off Period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the item being delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund you in full, provided the item is still in its original condition. We will not refund your costs of returning the item to us. We advise that you use a fully insured posting method when returning the item to us.
All orders are shipped in plain outers with no indication of product type, or any other description of the product. The address label will have Private and Confidential typed on it. Our return address will also appear on the label as this is a Royal Mail requirement.
