Once we have your completed questionnaire we are able to despatch the item or advise reasons why we need more information from you or why we must decline the purchase and refund in full. As an example, if you are purchasing Loceryl Curanail lacquer and the fungus affects more than two nails then this particular medicine would not be suitable for you and you would need to visit your doctor to obtain a more appropriate/stronger treatment.
