The 23-gauge lancet gets more blood then the 28 & 30 gauge lancets, as the lancet makes a bigger perforation, which is ideal for various pet testing meters such as the Cera-Pet Diabetic Meter as well as certain types of Diabetic, Cholesterol and Triglyceride meters we offer.
These types of meter require more blood to be able to carry out some of the test and therefore by having a much larger lancet this will help you to get a better sized blood sample so, helping to reduce error’s when testing with these meters.
